Senate Agenda Workflow Presentation
As per Policy 91.01- Submissions to Senate and associated Procedure 91.01.001, all submissions to Senate must be submitted to the Senate Governance Coordinator at least 10 business days prior to the regular Senate meeting.

Notes:
- Submission deadlines are 10 business days prior to the day of the meeting. The dates above have been adjusted to accommodate closures for holidays.
- All submissions will be handled in order of receipt. If there is insufficient time to deal with all submissions at one meeting, the outstanding business will be referred to the next meeting.
