As per Policy 91.01- Submissions to Senate and associated Procedure 91.01.001, all submissions to Senate must be submitted to the Administrative Coordinator of Senate at least 10 working days prior to the regular Senate meeting.

Agenda Submission Deadlines 2024-25

Submission deadlines are 14 calendar days prior to the day of the Senate meeting.

Please note that all submissions will be handled in order of receipt.  If there is insufficient time to deal with all submissions at one meeting, the outstanding business will be referred to the next meeting.
