At its May 4, 2023 meeting Senate passed the following motion:
It was moved and seconded that Senate agree that the standard format for meetings shall be in person. Notwithstanding this agreement, Senate further agrees that the Chair may call Senate meetings in other formats (i.e. virtual meetings, hybrid meetings) if the Chair and Vice-Chair jointly agree that doing so is in the best interest of Senate.
