Provide advice to Senate regarding

1. cyclical review of Senate bylaws, policies, and procedures, and other institutional policies and procedures for relevance, appropriateness, and clarity
2. the review of University bylaws, policies, and procedures, where, under legislation, the University is required to consult with Senate
3. the review of faculty bylaws
4. the creation, amendment, or dissolution of Senate bylaws, policies, and procedures
5. the creation, amendment, or dissolution of faculty bylaws
6. committee structures and terms of reference
7. governance practices
8. other matters as assigned by Senate
