Photographs

At the beginning of the year, Senate and its Standing Committees gets their photo taken.  The brief procedure for this is as follows:

 

  • In August, send a message out to Standing Committee support to remind them to schedule their respective photo (scheduled through University Relations) or set up the photos for the Standing Committees and inform the support on the date of their photo.
  • Ask Standing Committee support to send the photo to you to post on the Senate website.
  • Schedule a date for a representative from University Relations to take Senate's photo – usually the first or second meeting of the academic year.
  • Remind members (via email) about the photo closer to the date of the meeting.
  • Post the photo to the Senate website.
