All Senate communication, including reports, decisions, media releases, and responses concerning Senate shall be approved by the Chair or his/her delegate.

 

Senate Highlights

The Senate Support is responsible for preparing the regular monthly Senate Highlights.  The report should be prepped and finalized immediately following the meeting, and, once approved by the Senate Chair, is sent to all employees via email.  The brief report is also posted on the Senate website under “Senate Meeting Highlights”.

 

Senate Annual Report

The Senate Support is responsible for preparing the Annual Report.  Once approved by the Chair it is posted to the Senate website and copies are distributed for information as follows:

  • Senate Members
  • Executive Members
  • Management Committee Members
  • Foundation Board Members
  • Others as determined by the Chair
