The Board meets regularly from September - June. Meetings are held on Thursdays and will start at 4 pm and end by 8 pm unless formally extended. Material must be submitted 21 days in advance of the Board meeting. The Regular Board meetings are open to the public. If you are interested in attending a Regular Board meeting, please contact the coordinator at Board@viu.ca to confirm the start time and location.
