Procedure for Distribution of Approved Application, per Procedure 31.08.001:

  • VP Academic issues a nomination letter to the candidate, acknowledging the terms, to be signed and returned by the candidate.

Once signed Letter of Acceptance has been returned:

  • VP Academic notifies Human Resources (copy of signed application and Letter of Acceptance)
  • VP Academic notifies Communications and Public Relations (email/memo)
